- Risk Management Starts at the Top
We recommend every companies large or medium required Chief Risk Officer in their organization. If CRO at the top then he will foresee the major risks areas like cost of capital (ROI), Financial Regulations, Information and Technology (IT System) and planning and process. If you don’t have CRO / Risk Manager- we are here to serve you.
- Risk Management is a Practical Process :
We have experienced that Risk Management is normally lying in the books i.e. in theory but there is a lack of practical approach and policy implementation. Risk Identification to Risk Mitigation processes should be done in the organization and we can help you for such implementation
- Ensure Risk Identified at the Initial Level :
One has to manage the risks within the context as soon as it has been identified. Identify the risk owner and make sure that the role and responsibilities of risk owner is very much clear, there must not be any ambiguity. So you can say that; “Risk Management is a strategy and Strategy is a Risk Management”.
- Involve Stake Holders :
All stake holders of the organization/ companies to be involved. It should be made compulsory for all Company’s Board of Directors must learn the Risk Management Lessons. It would positively impact the goal and achievements of the companies. It is necessary that you make the planning and implement it but at the time of decision-making all stake holders to be involved. You will see surprising results as sometimes what you have not predicted is foresee by the stakeholders and it will help in controlling major risks.
- Risk Management a Continuous Process :
Any given task or project once completed, one has to review Risk Management Plan and have to analyse whether any major things missed out? Is there any further room of improvements? Learning is a continuous process the same way you learn every time from each project completed and make risk management as a continuous process. It is not once time process.
